United 01 Girls Black Finalists in ASA Xtreme Cup

Team United 01 Girls Black defeated Tophat White 5-1, North Forsyth Fusion 3-0 , and ASA Xtreme Black 3-1, to advance to the final match in the ASA Xtreme Cup U9 Silver bracket. In a tough match against Norcorss Fury Gold, the girls fought hard, but were unable to defeat Norcross, losing 3-1 and taking second place. In all it was a strong season for this young team, who has two prior tournament championship titles to their credit, at home at last Novemeber at the Sugar and Spice Classic, and in February at the Cobb YMCA Academy Icebreaker. Coach Anne Marie Underwood couldn't be prouder of her team!
